- Has defects
2. How to Request a Return?
To get the ball rolling:
- Log into your account: Go to My Account > Orders.
- Submit your request: Make sure you do this within 3 days of delivery (tick-tock!).
- Share the proof: Upload:
- An unboxing video of your order.
- Photos of the damaged item(s).
- Photos of the original packaging.
Why 3 days? We love our quirky fam, but some people take advantage of return policies. This window ensures we can verify genuine issues promptly.
3. Important Notes:
- Proof of defects is a must. Without an unboxing video and clear proof, we might not be able to process your request. If we can’t verify the issue, we’ll have to decline your refund request—and no one likes that!
- Late requests (after 3 days): If you missed the window, we will not be able to help. So don’t wait—let us know ASAP!
4. What’s Not Covered:
- Minor color variations due to screen differences—quirkiness comes with some individuality!
- Issues reported without adequate proof or beyond the 3-day window.
